Our wild venison is ethically sourced by our in-house deer management team from a number of estates in the South East.
We offer a variety of top-quality cuts, as well as butchering to order.

Our Story
Otways is a family run business with the mission of spreading our love of incredible food and the finest wild venison as widely as possible. Since we first started operating, we’ve developed a loyal customer base that is just as particular about ethically shot and sustainably managed wild venison as we are!
Venison
the healthy choice
Particularly rich in iron, which prevents anaemia and is good for energy levels. Venison is full of B vitamins: B2 (riboflavin) and B3 (niacin), which help regulate metabolism; and vitamin B6 and B12, which may lower homocysteine build-up in the blood, thus lowering the risk of heart attacks and strokes. Thanks to all the wild and pasture food that deer eat, the small amount of fat in venison is likely to contain high levels of conjugated linoleic acid, which is thought to protect against heart disease and cancer.
